Yadda ake shirya taliyar mu'ujiza

Noodles na Shirataki (wanda aka fi sani da taliyar miracle, taliyar konjak, ko taliyar konnyaku) wani sinadari ne da ya shahara a abincin Asiya. Ana amfani da Konjac sosai. An yi shi ne daga shukar konjac wanda aka niƙa sannan aka siffanta shi da taliya, shinkafa, abincin ciye-ciye, toufu ko ma Generation na shake. Noodles na Shirataki kusan babu kalori kuma babu carbohydrates. Yana da wadataccen fiber na abinci, wanda yake da kyau ga lafiyar ku.

Shin taliyar sihiri tana da ɗanɗano? Idan Ban So Ɗanɗanon Ba fa?

Ruwan da ke cikin taliyar sihirin shine ruwan dutse mai laushi, wanda zai iya ƙara tsawon lokacin shiryawa da tasirin hana tsatsa, kuma yana da kyau ga sabowar taliya, ɗanɗano da sauransu. Ana iya inganta ɗanɗano da laushi sosai idan kun bi wannan jagorar. Dokar zinare ita ce a wanke su sosai a soya su ba tare da mai ko wani ruwa ba domin a cire ruwa gwargwadon iko. Na Biyu: A zuba a cikin tukunya da ruwan zafi sannan a dafa na tsawon minti 2 zuwa 3. Wannan matakin yana da mahimmanci don kawar da warin da ba shi da daɗi. (Haka kuma, ƙara ɗan vinegar yana taimakawa!)

Na Uku: Domin miyar a cikin ƙaramin kwano, a bare tafarnuwa a niƙa. A zuba man zaitun, man sesame, apple cider vinegar (ƙaramin adadi), miyar waken soya, miyar oyster, da kuma farin tsaban sesame. A juya sosai. A ajiye a gefe.

Hudu: A dafa taliyar konjac da ruwan zafi na tsawon mintuna 5, a cire taliyar a zuba ruwan sanyi a kan ruwan, sannan a zuba kayan ƙanshi a gauraya. Idan kuna son kayan lambu, sai a zuba kankana, karas, broccoli, da nama/nama marasa kitse, sannan a ci.

 

Taliya a cikin tukunya mai zafi

Ko da yadda aka dafa shi, dole ne a wanke taliyar sau da yawa. Da farko a shirya miya: A sami tafarnuwa da aka niƙa, albasa da aka yanka, miyar waken soya, miyar kawa, miyar barkono (a zaɓi gwargwadon dandano), man ridi, tushen mai, a haɗa su wuri ɗaya, duk miya mai daɗi a shirye, a zuba kayan ƙanshi a cikin tukunya a tafasa, a zuba taliyar da aka wanke a cikin tukunya, a dafa na minti 2 kafin a tafasa (taliya ta daɗe ba ta da kyau), a fitar da ita don taliyar a cikin miya, an gama cin abinci!

Buɗe kunshin, a wanke taliyar sau biyu, a tace ruwan, a zuba mai a cikin tukunya, a zuba taliyar a cikin tukunya a soya, a zuba gishiri, miyar waken soya, kayan lambu da kuke son ci tare, a zuba ruwa kaɗan, bayan mintuna 3 za a iya ci, a ji ɗanɗano kaɗan, za a iya kuma sanya wani jakar kayan ƙanshi.
